One of my core messages resonated deeply with the audience: the idea that “different doesn’t necessarily equal bad.” As organizations grapple with generational change, this simple mindset shift can transform how we approach workplace evolution.

Here’s a sobering reality I shared: for every $10,000 we spend on a disengaged employee’s salary, we’re throwing away about $3,400. But rather than focus on the problem, we explored solutions through three core principles:
